Last week in Kara saw two accomplishments for me. The first was winning the T4 hat from Prince (so [Collar of the Aldor] is mine) and I also hit 100 badges (again). I'd been debating buying the spell-hit ring, but changed my mind at the last minute and ended up with [Tormented Demonsoul Robes]. At first glance this is a slight reduction in spelldamage (since the Spellfire set has slightly more innate spelldamage and an int-based set bonus) but in practice the change should make for an interesting experience.
Using the two pieces of T4 I have was going to break the Spellfire bonus anyway (uniteruptable fireballs/frostbolts is pretty useful) so replacing the chestpiece (and eventually the belt) is a natural progression. A long, long time back I wrote about being straightjacketed into Arcane/Fire talent builds because of the Spellfire set ... well, no more. As I'm mostly avoiding school-based bonuses now, I'm gonna take the opportunity to try out a new Arcane-Frost build. Lets see how it goes!

If I can throw a piece of advice, dont make the jump to arcane/frost so early, enjoy a time the 2-pieces T-4 launching fireballs in a non stopable way ;-)
Congratulations on the new loot!
Dailies are so much easier with 2 pieces of T4. Makes you forget that you even owned the spell Frost Nova.
